This amount will be charged once the kitchen pantry is opened. Use in the premises (not to take out).

 

Notes:

 

1. “Warming food” is restricted to reheating. Deep frying or cooking is not allowed. Use of a grill in the parking lot will be permitted if it meets Fire code requirements. (When renting multipurpose hall or Dining hall for six hours). 

8. Food can be served in Dining Hall or in auditorium if Banquet style renting. Serving tables for food in Lobby area are not permitted.

2. Overtime usage will be pro-rated after 6 hour rental (Hourly overtime rate = Six Hour rate / 6 )

9. Stage Rehearsal will be charged at $50/hour between Monday – Thursday provided Auditorium is also booked by the same renter for the same program

3. All kitchen use is shared use (JCNC volunteers may share the kitchen). Water Kegs (3) and jugs (one per dining room table) will be provided.

10. For JCNC members, there is no charge to use auditorium for Shoksabha prayers (maximum 3 hours).

4. For special restrictions, please refer to Licensing agreement,

11 Extra available Wired Microphone can be rented at $10.00/Unit (First two wired microphones are included in auditorium rental). No wireless microphones are available for rental.

5. Renter is responsible to observe all applicable laws and regulations with reference to the usage of the facility. The city ordinance prohibits the program activity beyond 12:00 AM.

 

12. Projector Screen is included in auditorium rental. Projector is not available for rental

6. Fire Permit for wedding and such other events in auditorium will be charged $100.00 and Licensee will follow all Fire Permit rules stated in the permit.

13. ALL Puja Sponsors who invite JCNC community for Swami Vatsaly meal will pay $251 for use of kitchen/Dining up to six  hours

These charges are in addition to One Hundred and One dollars for Puja.

7. Renter is responsible for all setup and cleanup. Renter to bring Ice. JCNC kitchen refrigerator and freezer has limited capacity (shared use on space available basis).


 

 

General:

Payment Schedule: 20% advance deposit at the time of booking reservation (min. $200); 20% security deposit at the time of reservation (refundable after the event); Balance payment must be paid within 30 days prior to an event. The payments are not tax deductible.

Cancellation Charges: $ 200 or total rent whichever is lower, if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to an event (minimum $ 200); Full License Fee (Rental charges) will be forfeited as cancellation fee, if cancelled within 30 days of an event.

For Non-Profit contract Licensee: There will be a charge of $200.00 or actual cancellation charge (whichever is less) if event is cancelled within 30 days
