Dr. Chhajer in his talk will explain in details, with audio visual aids, how the heart disease develops, how it can be identified in advance, what are the causes of this fatal disease, what are the ways the medical community deal with this disease with Bypass surgery/stenting, how to avoid Bypass surgery with lifestyle change. He will explain in details the food habits most suitable for the heart patients and for those who wants to avoid heart disease. He will also show how food can be cooked with the same taste without oil. He will also cover management of High BP, Diabetes and obesity.

Heart disease is the greatest killer disease in almost all the countries of the world including USA. Amongst the people living in USA – Asian community is 3-4 times more vulnerable to Heart attacks. It is the lack of knowledge about the cause of this disease which is the main culprit. Since we know the real reasons of development of the blockages we can change our food habits, cut down stress and do more physical exercises and prevent /reverse heart disease. We can eradicate heart attacks.

The talk will be in simple language and will take about 1.30 hours and will be followed by question answers.

About Dr. Bimal Chhajer:

Dr. Bimal Chhajer is the most known personality in the field of Non Invasive Cardiology in India. He is from Jain community, completed MBBS from Kolkata, MD from Lucknow and worked in the famous All India Instute of Medical Sciences as a consultant for 6 years. He founded SAAOL Science and Art of Living- Heart Center in 1995 for treating heart disease without Bypass surgery or Angioplasty. His head office is in New Delhi. He is a researcher and expert on Preksha Meditation.

Today he has more than 60 centers in India and two international centers in Dhaka and Kathmandu. He has successfully treated more than 110,000 heart patients who could avoid surgery/angioplasty. He was consultant to two honorable presidents of India. He has authored more than 70 books and has been delivering talks on heart care all over the world. He has been awarded repeatedly including Asias greatest leaders in health in the year 2016.
