Mahavir Janma Kalyanak - Apr 16, Sun - Cultural Program Registration

With great pleasure, we would like to announce registration for JCNC Mahavir Janma Kalyanak Cultural Program scheduled on Sunday April 16th, 2017.  Participating in the cultural program has been an integral part of learning our religion, language and culture. Shala students, parents and the community enthusiastically look forward to this annual program, a JCNC tradition for many years. We will have rehearsal on Sat, Apr 8 and back up shala class on  Sun, Apr 23.

Parents/teachers/choreographers, please submit your group entries by March, 28th by filling details in the form below:

We want to bring more varieties and colors, please come forward with more ideas for group dance/skit/musical performance based on Jain religious/folk/social theme as in past years. Following are the simple guidelines:
  • Each act should have minimum of 5 participants. 
  • All songs should be Jain-religious or folk/non-movie songs. 
  • Dance acts should be limited to 5 minutes and skits should be limited to 10 minutes.
  • Please limit up to 2 acts per child.
  • The program team will finalize all the entrees and schedules, team will make changes as and when needed to make the program successful
