He has tailored the routines to the modern lifestyle that do not require multi-hours of daily exercises. Using his techniques the practitioners can work in a way that fits their lifestyle and start seeing the benefits, in many cases within a few days from the start. Many practitioners have been able to eradicate or subside the impact of serious diseases by following the Yoga exercises taught by Yogi Ji.

1. Practice of Day1 and 2
2. Three different Pranayam- Anulom Vilom, Sahaj Ujaiyee and Bhashtrika.
3. Introduction of Kapal Bhati

Day4: Friday
1. Practice of Day1, 2 and 3
2. Training Kapal Bhati and Practice Kapal Bhati

Day5: Saturday
1. Practice of Day 1,2,3, and 4
2. In only 30 minutes so as to follow daily practice.
3. Reflexology (Acupressure)
4. Healthy Life Style Question Answer session

1. Practice of Day1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
2. Balanced satvik, Naturopathy and Ayurvedic Diet or Meditation - Any one topic can be chosen.

Yogi Arun Tiwari was born in 1979 in Jaunpur district situated between India’s holiest cities of Allahabad and Varanasi. He is a disciple of His Holiness Acharya Roopchandra Ji Maharaj and has been learning all facets of Yoga from Acharya Ji for the last 15 years. He practices and teaches physical, spiritual and mental forms of yoga to achieve oneness with the nature and surrounding environment.

Yogi Ji has conducted Yoga camps and classes for thousands of people in India and several other countries like Sri Lanka, USA, Canada, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania and other European countries. He has been invited to conduct programs at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
